Customers in the United States and Canada may cancel their purchase and return products within 30 days of receiptwithout providing a reason, subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original Packaging: Item must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.

  • Include the return authorization form and supporting documents (photos if applicable).

  • Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

  • Use FedEx and a trackable shipping method.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refund issued to the original payment method, minus restocking fees (if any).

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Provide photos/videos of the defect or damage.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense and ensure the correct product is delivered.

  • We will investigate with the carrier. If lost, you may choose a replacement or full refund.
