We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at PrecisionSportShop.

Some products are fulfilled by our brand partners and may have brand-specific return or refund policies. When a brand has its own policy, that policy will be clearly linked on the product page and will apply to that item.

 


 

Return Eligibility (PrecisionSportShop Items)

For items governed by the PrecisionSportShop master policy:

  • Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and undamaged

    • In original packaging

    • With all accessories and components included

  • Proof of purchase is required

 


 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact support@precisionsportshop.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions

Items sent without prior authorization may be refused.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified defect, damage, or shipping error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

 


 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of inspection

  • Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund

 


 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping when applicable

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Products marked final sale

 


 

Brand-Specific Policies

Some products are governed by brand-specific return or refund policies. These policies:

  • Are provided by the brand/manufacturer

  • Are clearly linked on the product page

  • Override this master policy for that specific product

 


 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process above
