Once the carrier accepts the shipment, any delays, damages, or losses are the carrier’s responsibility. 16. Dispute Resolution

By purchasing from Precision Sport, you agree to our Dispute Resolution Policy:

Step 1: Contact Us First

Step 2: Resolution Methods
We may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repairs, refunds, or warranty claim assistance.

Step 3: Mediation → Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes go to mediation, then binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association in Travis County, Texas.

Step 4: Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Step 5: Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@precisionsportshop.com.

Step 6: Texas DTPA Notice
If your claim arises under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, you must provide 60 days’ written notice before filing suit.
