4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST begin processing the same day.

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed the next business day.

  • Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect.
