Standard Freight & Delivery Terms
At Precision Sport, we partner with Rexx Ebikes to deliver professional-grade electric vehicles via secure LTL freight.

Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Estimated).

Delivery Method: * Vehicles & Batteries: Shipped via LTL Freight as partially assembled units.

Signature Required: All vehicle deliveries require an adult signature. The carrier will contact you via phone/email to schedule a delivery appointment.

Special Services: Liftgate and residential delivery are included in the freight quote unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Freight Damage: You must inspect the crate upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) with the driver. All damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
🔄 Refund & Return Policy
7-Day Return & Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can process returns with our supplier (Rex Ebikes), we strictly adhere to the following timelines.
1. Order Cancellations

Pre-Shipment: Cancellations are permitted only before a tracking number is generated.

Cancellation Fee: All canceled bike orders are subject to a $300 flat fee, which covers administration and inventory holding costs.

Post-Shipment: Once a tracking number exists, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the "Product Returns" process below.
2. Product Returns (Change-of-Mind)

Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, uninstalled, and in "new" re-sellable condition.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned or refused shipments.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return freight costs and must provide their own shipping insurance for the return journey.
3. How to Start a Return

Contact support@precisionsportshop.com to request a Return Authorization (R/A) number.

Once received, place a printed copy of the R/A inside the box.

Refunds are issued after the supplier inspects the unit and verifies its "As-New" status.
