At Precision Sport, we specialize in the secure delivery of premium cold therapy equipment. Each Absolute Zero Plunge is handled with specialized care to ensure it arrives ready for your first session.
1. Processing & Lead Times

Handling Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Production Lead Time: As these are precision-engineered units, please refer to the specific product page for current build times (typically 2–4 weeks).

Transit Time: Once dispatched, freight delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the contiguous United States.
2. Delivery Method: LTL Curbside Freight

Curbside Delivery: All plunges are shipped via LTL Freight. Delivery is "Curbside," meaning the driver will unload the pallet at the end of your driveway or curb.

Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Shipping Cost: We offer Free Curbside Shipping to the continental 48 states on all Absolute Zero Plunge models.
3. Freight Inspection (Critical)
Upon arrival, you must inspect the crate for any visible signs of damage.

If the crate is damaged, note "Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

Contact support@precisionsportshop.com within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the unit.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your recovery. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility

Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your unit.

Condition: The plunge must be in "Like-New" condition, free of scratches or cosmetic damage, and returned in its original packaging.

Authorization: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from support@precisionsportshop.com before shipping. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
2. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Orders cancelled before they leave the warehouse are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-recoverable merchant fees.

After Shipment: Once the unit has shipped, it is considered a return (see below).
3. Fees & Costs

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned plunges. This covers the cost of professional inspection, sanitary testing, and recertification.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return freight costs. Due to the size of the units, return shipping typically ranges from $500–$1,000 depending on your location.

Non-Refundable: Original "White Glove" setup fees or expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
