The tub comes with two ports of female 3/4" NPT fittings that you can use to attach a chiller. If you are wanting to use the tub with ice, you will need to purchase plugs to stop up the ports.
The ports will come pre-installed with half of a union that we use on our full unit so you will need to unscrew that union to access the 3/4" female NPT port as seen in the video below:

Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Most orders for in-stock units are processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Method: The ModTub is delivered via LTL Freight on a pallet.
Delivery Appointment: Once the unit reaches your local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you via call or text to schedule a specific delivery window.
Delivery Scope: Delivery is Curbside only. The driver will drop the pallet at your curb or driveway; it is the customer's responsibility to move the unit to its final location and dispose of the packaging.
Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all ModTub units within the contiguous United States.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns:Prohibited. All ModTub sales are Final. We do not accept returns once the item has shipped from the factory.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships; however, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and material allocation costs. Custom-colored units cannot be canceled once production begins.
Shipping Damage: You must inspect your ModTub immediately upon delivery.
Visible Damage: If the unit is clearly damaged, you must refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
Concealed Damage: If damage is found after unpacking, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the unit and the packaging. Failure to report within this window may void your ability to file a damage claim.
Warranty: Your purchase is protected by a 1-year functional warranty covering the tub, chiller, and pump against manufacturer defects.
