Processing Time: We move fast so you can recover faster. Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Shipping Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states.
Transit Time: Once shipped from our California or Minnesota hubs, your "icy oasis" typically arrives within 5 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Destinations: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories is available for an additional fee and may take 2–3 weeks for delivery.
Return Policy
Return Window:45-Day Risk-Free Trial. We want you to love your plunge. If you aren't satisfied, you can initiate a return within 45 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements: While we offer a trial, items must be returned in original packaging with all components (chiller, hoses, filters, and accessories) included. The unit must be clean and free of significant physical damage or neglect.
Return Shipping Cost:Paid by Buyer. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight/shipping. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Process: Once our team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
